What do I need to be able to register with the doctors in Sax? Thanks for any advice

I need to register with the doctors in Sax and don’t know what they will require?

Thankyou for replying, we don’t have residency , how do we get that we have lived here for 3 years , paid taxes and have full private healthcare but do wish to be able to use the local doctors especially for our son who is 15
