Hi

We will be moving to Spain in the next few months .Our house is on the market so as soon as it's sold we are off ! and we will probably rent for a few months before buying .As EU passport holders (we are Irish ) I am a bit confused about what we need to be doing before moving and when we get to Spain .I'm  seeing a lot of information about British citizens and how Brexit may affect them but wonder can someone point me in the right direction regarding information for EU citizens wanting to rent and buy in Spain and ultimately applying for residencia ? What do we need to do to rent initially ?  Many thanks

Thank you replying - yes ideally we are hoping to complete the sale by the end of 2020 - fingers crossed - it's just so hard to predict the property market at the moment .
