Hi there all,
My first post, so exciting.
So I am getting a plot connected to utilities in Sax and we need to put electric poles on a neighbours plot to get to ours.
How do I find who owns the neighbouring plot to ask them for permission please?
It's for a residential build.

Hi Corin and welcome to the forum,
If you know the address of the neighbouring plot, you can apply for the details online:
Alternatively, you can visit the Land Registry (Cadastre) office for the area in which the property is located.
