3-bed 2bath Ground Floor Apartment with Shared Communal Pool
We are due to take possession in March of our newly built 3-bed property in Torre de la Horadada and are looking for reputable letting agents to rent out our property during the high season from April - September yearly. Our property is about 800m from the beach in the Marina area and would be suitable for families.
It is our intention is to keep the property vacant for our family use during the low season from October - March yearly. We live in the U.K. so advice on letting agents including fees would be most appreciated as we have heard of unscrupulous agents who rent out properties without informing their owners
Preferably a fully managed package would be ideal for us as we do not reside in Spain.
