UK notification of pension rise

Has anyone received a letter regarding UK pension rise this year.
We have received the letter informing us of the increase but as yet we have not received it. Today I phoned DWP to be told on a recorded message that only change of circumstances would be dealt with but to ring at a later date with any other questions, the excuse for this is stated as Covid, what has that got to do with our pension increase ??

That's why I asked as I had tried to ring and was told the same.
I need it to present it for my taxes in Spain.

Yes I got a letter the other day and it said it would be paid after 12 April '21.

PAul - I think that if you go into the digital Gov.UK site it will show it. You will need a Government Gateway id or cert...which is easily registered. It will use 2-factor authentication i.e. make sure your mobile phone number is correct.
https://www.gov.uk/check-state-pension for speed.

You will not need to have this for paying your taxes this year in Spain as the taxes you are paying in Spain are for last year 2020. Good luck,
