Very helpful member
If your buying the property your solicitor will do it as part of the process.
They will create a new account for you with both...Assuming you have NIE and a bank account

Try and find an English speaking supplier or it will be difficult. I don't know any but you could look online
It's not difficult if you have your solicitor set it up for you and then pay by direct debit. All utility providers in Spain are Spanish of course but you can set an account up online to see all the bills and often the websites have translation on them.
It's also a good idea to retain the solicitor for a yearly fee to pay all the taxes for you. We find its money well spent for peace of mind to know that you have paid all taxes up to date and won't get any surprises later.

Would you be able advice us on a trustworthy and reliable letting agent for our property.
Regards
Kwam
Sorry I don't know any in your area but hopefully someone may recommend one on here. I would definitely check them out online if you do get any recommended though and see what is said about them.
It's also good if they have a website so you can read about them on there first and look at their services. I wouldn't use a company without a website .
It's a very trustworthy thing to be an agent and look after owners property and they should be a well set up Agents with all the legalities in place so be careful using one who contacts you . You need to be able to check them out first.
