Has anyone else been charged over 30 Euro per month for water and over 50 Euro per month for electricity when not staying in the property ?

Such amount is not only for water and includes wate water and rubbish disposal, and other fees and taxes. The bill specifies everything in detail.
Is everything turned off when the house is empty? When no one is at our house we pay €18.50/month standing charges for electricity and approx €70 every three months for our water bill, which includes garbage collection.

Yes, half of water bill is for rubbish and sanitation, but what about 50+ Euro for electricity, when only the fridge is on ?

This is a lot less than I have been charged. I only leave fridge and TV connected.
