Useful link but be careful as this review company only list those it receives a referral fee from, other big players that don't pay a referral fee are missing.

You could look at the daily LIVE RATE and then get a quote, the fee charged is negotiable to some extent, if you transfer 5k, or 50k it makes a difference.. You could of course set a TRIGGER at the rate that you would ideally like to buy at.
