Hi, I’m hoping to move to Costa Blanca in spring of 2020. I’d ideally love to buy a 3 bed villa with pool in a safe area but close to everything I am going over with my daughter early sept to look around . I’ve read as many post on here as possible but I’m totally confused my budget is about 130k . Can anyone recommend a good English speaking estate agent plus interpreter and solicitor please . I’m moving on my own so it’s very scary . Is English spoken in Torrevieja and Playa Flaminga I’m learning Spanish but a long way to go yet . Ann

Hello Ann, I use Uma at getlegalinspain. Have a look at her website or get in touch with her for a chat. She is based in Torrevieja and has helped me with a lot of the legalities.

Cheryl thank you I will check her out. It’s something I’ve always wanted to do. Now that it’s finally close the pit falls seem enormous. I want to find my dream home in a beautiful safe area. My family will be travelling back and fore from Ireland for weekends etc but for the most part it will be my dog and me . Thanks again

Thanks for that ..I had already seen a recommendation by someone else for that lady but when I looked at her website there weren’t any properties within my budget sadly . Ann

Zoe’s website just has a selection of properties. Once she knows what you are looking for she will search for you and suggest areas you might like. I would certainly recommend messaging her.
