Yes Seur are a nightmare, always as above comment , I always try and check who the delivery company is before I buy the item. Sometimes DHL pass on to Seur also so be wary .

Amazon has a range of collection points around the area similar to luggage lockers. They will advise you of when your goods are ready for collection and send you and access code to your phone.

I have regularly ordered things from Amazon.es. I have never had a problem. The delivery company usually email and if I need to change the delivery there is no problem and can do it online. When the package is out on the road the delivery driver usually calls so I know it is about 5 minutes away. I have had no problems with SEUR.
