Amazon.es prime does come with Prime TV, biased towards Spanish language films/programs but there is also a good selection of English language films etc. It is also quite a bit cheaper than the Amazon.co.uk prime.

When we wintered in Spain 2020/21 we brought our Amazon TV Firestick with us and connected via the local internet connection and had no problem with TV programmes but we did need to use a VPM which was set for UK for ITV, Channel 4 etc. Didn't bother with BBC too involved.

I've not had any delivery issues but I mostly use Amazon in the UK. The things I have bought in Spain I had delivered to one of their pick-up points, Siesta Green Energy, next to  Consum in La Zenia, Always collected without an issue.

 Getting in touch with Amazon is a problem everywhere!

I've used NORD VPN in Spain. I was able to get iplayer but, if memory serves, you need to use a particular server. No  problem doing this  for even the least technically qualifed. You select the server in the UK they suggest.
