Hi, Declan        We use Amazon prime a lot and have everything delivered to our home address in Ciudad Quesada. Never a problem. Depending on what you are sending, you would be welcome to have whatever it is sent here for you to collect after.at your convenience.

If interested, please PM me .

Cheers

Amazon Hub Lockers

Are the different size on Amazon Hub Lockers?

I want to order items but not all would deliver to Amazon Matilda (Ciudad Quesada).

Could it be because size of item I want to buy?

If there are different size witch are the biggest in Torrevieja?

So, when you choose your delivery address, you can choose whichever set of lockers you want to have it delivered to so instead of entering the one in Quesada, try a different set. But although each bank of lockers has different size slots, there are no huge lockers There’s a number of reasons why you can deliver to a locker.

Those purchased by a marketplace seller and are not using Amazon to deliver.

Many prohibited items that could be flammable, aerosols, some batteries as that could explode it the heat of the locker.

Anything that’s too big to go in the locker - that can also depend on whether or not there’s a slot available in the locker you choose.

Anything not ordered via Amazon.es. - but you could also find that Amazon Spain are picking the order from Amazon U.K. (it’s tells you when you order) so because the order is not stocked in a Spanish Amazon warehouse it can’t be delivered to a locker.

You very often get low availability of lockers when there’s a Prime Day or Black Friday, due to the sheer volume of orders.

There’s probably a whole lot of other reasons why they can’t deliver to a locker, but those above are based on personal experience

When I ordered from Amazon in Spain I had the item (lithium battery for golf trolley) delivered to a Access Point, they would not deliver to a Amazon Locker.  I used Siesta Energy in La Zenia. You have to pick up in shop hours but it was very simple. I would think they will have a few Access Points around, you got the choice to select when placing the order. This was in 2020, may be different now in Spain.

Aitch.

Same here, when the item arrived it was a fake. Never ordered anything from Amazon since and never will.

Hello, while looking for something I come across your message. This surprises me because since 2011 I have been a prime customer in Belgium (Amazon.Fr) and  since 2018 prime in Spain. So I speak of a good experience, because the last three months in Spain I made 97(ninety seven) orders on the Spanish site. When there are problems it is not due to Amazon but ALWAYS to some independent carriers (SxxR, Post,....). I do not order in England because this country is not (anymore) part of the EU market so it is more expensive and possibly subject to customs fees. I have no personal interest at Amazon but I appreciate the speed of delivery, the choice and the ability to return items that do not suit me. When you criticize, you have to base yourself on a meaningful experience. Regards.Danielle
