This year we have dealt with all invaders by using the small plug in gadgets....using one in each room. Great and very effective.....Insect repeller plug ins can be bought in Chinese shops and also from Fancy That on the Torretas opposite from Mercadona. They work!!

Ideally you would not have the dog around for a couple of hours after spraying. Although some sprays state they are not harmful to pets I wouldn't trust that so if concerned the plugins may be a better option for you.
