Block up any holes they maybe coming through and spray ORO around all windows and doors it's 5 euro in mercadona also you can buy theses plug ins at Zoco market for 8 euro much more expensive from the likes of le Roy Merlin good luck

What do cockroaches do in autumn/winter? I haven't seen one for weeks.
They are still out there watching us (joke!)

When I lived in Tenerife I used to spray them. When the landlord came for his rent I would show him the cockroaches lying on their backs and he would put them up the right way and theyd scurry away!!!

I have just googled how to get rid of cockroaches and the suggestions are long and varied. I like this one...
1 tsp. Fabric conditioner
2 cups water
Spray bottle.
Mix fabric conditioner and water and spray all over..into corners..everywhere. As these creatures breathe through their skin, the mixture will cause them to suffocate and die. A cheap and simple method.
Also recommended..
Vinegar and water..mixed together and sprayed in the same way.
Give these a try and please give feedback as I for one want to know how you get on.

Leyroy merlin by the counter red and white bottle a barrier spray I have done inside and outside walls never seen one alive!,, as I am phobic happy days!

Buy Pest Reject plug-in gadgets for each room and that will get rid of them. Our original ones wore out this year and the bugs came back....we bought some more and they are gone again. Insect repellants are on line, or you can buy them locally.
Sprays cannot be healthy for us to inhale if they kill insects, so we prefer plug-ins.
