That’s what I mean , I had a bit of a fight to get the inventory done , and I took pictures of everything , sadly it happens in a lot of places, someone put on one of the sites that the property was ‘ sold as seen’ and when they went to pick the keys up the whole place had been gutted , not good 😢

We bought with www.mayrasa.com and I would continue to recommend Israel everyday, he was fantastic at finding a property for us... very patient and studied what we were after, completed all of the legal side for us and has become a friend.... would give him a call 👏

Hello Nicola, although I can understand you defending your business please don’t be offended as I’m sure you would admit there are sharks out there.

Members are just passing on there experiences on the buying process as they have found it. We have narrowed it down to two agents on members recommendations.

We still have more research to do as we will arrive next month.

When we told Israel at Mayrasa the type of property we were looking for he came up with a list of property and many were not even on his books.. we travelled to many estate agents and picked relevant keys up? I believe they can sell from multiple companies and still make money partially from a sale?

Really wood recommend Mayrasa... had I known about Nicola I would have visited her company although I’m not sure if it’s In Torrevieja?

Didn’t realize you had an office in Torrevieja?? We are over a week on Friday for a nice two weeks and sorting the wills out... lovely girl from ABACO that I got the recommendation from on here 👏

It's irrelevant whether you use an agents recommendation or not as at the end of the day the notary will not sanction a completion unless all paperwork/licences are in place.

An agents recommendation is better than jim's in the pub as the agent has it's reputation to lose if it goes wrong.

thank you for your input on buying a place in Torrevieja.

On a few recommendations we decided to go with Robert and Tracy who run

 Orangecasa, we told them what we wanted to buy and our price range.

We emailed them all the details and they organised the viewings, we decided on a place and it is all going through and we should have. Keys by the end of October.

We can highly recommend Rob and Tracy as they were very polite and professional all the way through the buying process and took care of us.at all times and we are very impressed with them.

Thank you for the input and recommendations as the forum made the buying process very easy and stress free.

My husband and I have recently bought through Casas Manuel who were marvellous.

But having been to a few place in the sun shows we chose to use “My Lawyer In Spain” as we had heard Alex speak and answer questions at the shows.

They may be slightly more expensive than some but again were fabulous and can correspond in many languages (ours being English) and they have sorted everything out for us from banking/utilities/NIE etc - very very helpful
