Advice appreciated regarding satellite INTERNET and also good data packages for sim

i live on the edge of villajoyosa and i really need a good internet connection for work purposes. I have no phone line and cannot get broadband or fibre. ive been told my only options are satellite internet or getting an unlimited data package on a sim card then "hotspotting" from my mobile (need lots of data as long online skype conversations are part of job) I have good consistent 4G and often watch internet tv with no connection problems or interruptions. im concerned satellite will be pricey? and the consistent connection no good? im also yet to find a good data package for a sim with genuine uncapped usage. PLease help! so fed up of scouring the internet and going around in circles! thanks so much x
