Buying a House in VillaJoysa and seeking recommendations for English-speaking solicitor and surveyor

Hello, my partner and I are about to pay a small initial deposit on a house outside Villajoysa but are stuck in N. Ireland until we can get vaccinated and travel opens up. The estate agent has agreed with the seller that we won't pay our 10% deposit until we can get over to view the house, hopefully by the end of August.
We would like to use this time to secure a lawyer and a surveyor to do the necessary checks on the property. Can anyone recommended an English-speaking surveyor and a lawyer that they have previously used?
