Hello everyone! my husband and I are looking for a property to rent anywhere in the Costa Blanca quite near the coast but not essential if the right property. We would like somewhere where we would be part of a community and within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops. Some English people for my husband as he is not that great with languages. I am happy to be in a Spanish community as I speak some Spanish. My husband likes playing golf, bowls and cards so any clubs nearby would be great. I would like to join a women's group and maybe art classes. Spanish classes nearby too. We have a son living in Villajoyosa so near there would be great although we don't mind being with an hours drive. We intend to do a lot of walking and cycling so not too many hills and nice walks. Up to 1000 Euros a month rent.
