We sold our apartment in vila Oct 22
Money was held for pulsavia our lawyer estimated an amount of 1900 euro .we thought everything was settled . 18months later our lawyer has told us we have an outstanding amount of 3500 euro to pay .Can this be done.
Seems high for plusvalia. Did you also need to pay Capital Gains Tax?
They can claim taxes back for up to 4 years.

Hi no we didn't pay capital gains not sure what we can do about it from the UK and unable to go to Spain because of I'll health hence that's why we sold
