As far as I´m aware, Correos ,IT outlets, papelerías, etc & others listed more obviously, food home consumption, fuel (heating & vehicle´s) pharmacies & those workers within those outlets are included in the essential list).
Movingon has used the word "nip", if you mean to say (within "reasonable distance") travel, then unless Movingon has more up-to-date legislation. I can not see the problem in law.

I get my Daily paper the Mail online it costs me £8.99 a month as against 2.50 a day and 3.50 on Sundays for that I get everything all the magazines etc. and no inky fingers it is available from 11:pm GMT the previous evening, I get it on my laptop Ipad and phone so pretty comprehensive, also there are plenty of other newspapers offering this service so really there is no need to nip out, stay in and lets beat this thing.

The papers are printed in Spain, but most of the editorial work is done in the country of origin, & so why is it so expensive?

I would think that, as you indicate, buying puzzle books makes a positive contribution to your wife's mental wellbeing during difficult times, doing so could be regarded as "essential".
