The antigen fit to fly is for all that requirements for anyone requiring a pre departure test back to the U.K.

Before returning to the U.K. you need to have booked a Day 2 Diagnostic PCR test  to be taken on the second full day of returning to the U.K. The reference number of the Day 2 needs to go on your passenger locator form

The  IMED in Torrevieja is great. Book online for €40, turn up take the test and you get results e mailed to you within 20 mi

Hi  I used the fluenta chemist.  Booked in the shop and was given a day and time.  On the day  they had everyone queuing outside.  Took a couple of mins to do and had the results back within a couple of hours.  I realise that it is busy now.  The cost was 50 euros.  For return booked a test on uk airport when I arrived £60.

My friend booked a pre flight test for return to England before she went to Spain.  The test kit was sent to her and she took it with her to Spain.  She did the test on zoom with the company and they gave her the necessary number she needed for the location form.  This cost £25.

We used pharmacy at la fuente on Friday and had results back in just over an hour for flight to Glasgow on the Saturday it cost 50 euros and the service was excellent

I used the pharmacy at La Fuente in mid July for an Antigen (all you need as a Brit flying back to UK)  test.   Cost 50 Euros. Test in the morning and online results and printed copy in the afternoon.   Booked a week ahead as its always busy.

Did you have to join the end of the queue, or are they all walk ins?

The Quiron hospital Torrevieja will do the PCR test and antigen tests. Need to phone to pre book. We paid 95Euro each for the PCR test(later discovered the antigen test would suffice)

Called back for official paperwork within 5 hours.

I booked test in advance with them ,  then on the day you join queue inside the farmacia to pay the 50 euros . They then give you a number and you wait in their waiting area outside for your  number to be called . Seems to run quite smoothly ! 

Just returned to UK from Torrevieja and used Alicante Airport for Covid test 2 days before departure, booked in advance, no queues, €24 euros and results to the app within 2 hours - antigen cheapest but choice is you

The antigen test at the pharmacy in La Fuente is 50€.  Results within 2 hours via WhatsApp and email and they will print you a copy off if you want one.  Need to book about 7 days in advance if possible as they seem very busy at present.  Yes, you can get it cheaper elsewhere but it depends where you are.  For us it’s on doorstep so don’t mind paying a few euros extra.  Have used them before and they were excellent.
