Many thanks everyone for all your replies. We have gone with Abaco Advisers in the end after various recommendations on Facebook and on here, doing our own research and looking at all the different websites. Really appreciate everyone's input, thank you!

Hi, try ABC solicitors in Playa flamenca, just below the open mini golf course. We used them to purchase and sell. Everything completed together with all legalities.Just before we left Spain to go back to the Uk, we had a water leak. ABC sorted it for us with a plumber, arranged for them to have the keys and we were only charged about 67 euros. When we had sold the water company said  we owed a lot more money. ABC even sat down with the Water company, to try and sort. I would certainly use them again

Good afternoon, we are looking for recommendations for a English speaking Solicitor to take care of our house purchase in Villamartin. Any advice or recommendations will be much appreciated. We know not to use anyone suggested by estate agents due to conflict of interest.

Many thanks

Civil sp in Torrevieja are English and French Speaking we have had them for 18 years and are excellent.

You were very lucky.......5 years on and we are still paying for sun lawyers negligence in processing a sale on a house illegally which was not registered with the land registry.....I would never recommend them to an unsuspecting brit....

That's very unfortunate as we have used their services for quite a few years for lots of things.  They can't be all bad as they got the best expat solicitors award in 2020.

Val I totally agree with you, we are still waiting nearly 4 years for some updated deeds. I would use them again.
