Hi ,

My bought a pair or trousers off the internet company, arrived a month later at least 5 times too small,

Original costs approx 34€ , they won’t refund money, have offered a €10 voucher, or €7 refund , rejected both.

Bank won’t do a chargeback

Anybody have any ideas how to proceed

thanks

My OH had a similar problem with some t-shirt. Far to small.

Didn't think it was worth the hassle of sending them back!! Lost €25

Yes that is an option, but postage back to seller is approx €17 which we have to pay,

Obviously it's too late for you now but in future I would advise you to use PayPal, at least then you have a chance if claiming your money back including postage if you return goods.

Just FYI... My missus returned hair tongs to Amazon a few months ago - it was easy and free. Amazon may have a different policy for clothing though.

Cheers

Ì bought a folding table  that we could bring for a picnic from Amazon .  It cost 40 euro.  Ì got a message from Amazon  asking if I was happy with my purchase.  I never received the table.  Ì tried to contact them but couldn't.   They do what they like and the customer is nobody.  I'll never touch Amazon again.  Or was it the postal service somewhere " misplaced " it.   I've heard it said  that sometimes when you think you are getting a bargain you might end up paying twice.  That's me.

My OH bought her t-shirts from another outlet called "Light in the box" so that's one to stay clear of!!!

In defence of Amazon,  I've always been happy with the service.

When people in Spain say "Amazon" they often mean Amazon.co.uk. I've never had a problem with Amazon.es

Ordering from the UK can be problematic now!
