Amazon will always refund if goods not received. Have you asked for your money back?
Where can I contact Amazon. Ì know it's too much to expect to speak with someone but a simple email address would do. Someone who would reply. Maybe it's the postal service in Spain. Ì ordered lots of items from Wish and Amazon and they never arrived. It has taught me not to order anything too expensive. These sellers are very easy to contact before you purchase but when they have your money it's " Goodnight Dick "

Wish are terrible and I think based in China. Amazon are much more reliable. Did you order from Amazon.es or UK or DE?
Two suggestions:-
1. Go into your orders and locate the missing item. You’ll probably find some options for contacting seller to ask where your order is.
2. Go into the help pages of the site you used to find how to get a refund.
Sorry I can’t be more specific as I don’t know which site of Amazon you used. I’d advise Amazon.es or Amazon.de to avoid customs delays and charges.

Ì bought a folding table that we could bring for a picnic from Amazon . It cost 40 euro. Ì got a message from Amazon asking if I was happy with my purchase. I never received the table. Ì tried to contact them but couldn't. They do what they like ...

...and the customer is nobody. I'll never touch Amazon again. Or was it the postal service somewhere " misplaced " it. I've heard it said that sometimes when you think you are getting a bargain you might end up paying twice. That's me.
I bought an article from Amazon and was debited twice, it took me two months to get a refund re visa, Amazon still maintained that I had reordered the same article, they assume most people won't chase for 30 euros but it's the principle, taking the loss isn't helping other people who have the same problem. I will never deal with them again, licensed bandits!

Many scams like that when buying through the Internet and Facebook links. I was caught out with a similar issue but fortunately paid by credit card so they refunded the money. Banks sadly don’t seem to help in that way and apart from naming and shaming the company I think it is a question of acceptance and only pay by credit card in the future. Sorry for you as I know how it feels.
