When people in Spain say "Amazon" they often mean Amazon.co.uk. I've never had a problem with Amazon.es

Ordering from the UK can be problematic now!

Cheers

Steve

I know! I said FYI! If you don't want any more information. Then fine!

Amazon will always refund if goods not received. Have you asked for your money back?

Hi ,

My bought a pair or trousers off the internet company, arrived a month later at least 5 times too small,

Original costs approx 34€ , they won’t refund money, have offered a €10 voucher, or €7 refund , rejected both.

Bank won’t do a chargeback

Anybody have any ideas how to proceed

thanks

My advice would be to contact Citizens Advice. As a point of interest why are your bank refusing a charge back?

I have been in this situation before.  The moral of the story is quite simply NOT to buy on line.  We do have shops in Spain you know.

The chance of getting anythngi back is pretty remote.

I've been buying online since the 90s, never had a problem, including 9 years in Spain.

It might depend what you buy though, and where from.

Cheers
