Hi, we moved to our new home 2 days before lockdown, I do not drive my husband suffers with asthma is he allowed to take me shopping if I go in and he stays in the car

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your purchase!
Yes, your husband can take you, but you need to sit in the rear of the car, on the opposite side to him and wear a mask, or another face covering if you don't have masks. As you say, he will need to stay in the car while you go into the shop.
With two people in the car, you may attract the attention of the police, so if you don't speak Spanish, it would make sense to use Google Translate to write down why there's two of you in the car.
