A couple of weeks ago a water company contractor dug up my water pipe, left it running overnight and have run me up a very big bill.
As I am in the Aguas de Alicante area and 100 m form their pump house I assumed it was them. I sent them a suitable letter and in return they are pointing the finger at Aguas de Elche. (passing the buck springs to mind). You have to ask yourself why the Elche lot are digging hole in the middle of the Alicante lot's patch.
I have tried to find an email address for Aguas de Elche but can't fill in their online forms because I am not their customer. Can anyone advise an email address that does not need customer details before it will go?
