...ey only realised it when a waiting passenger emailed them. They were unconcerned that 7 passengers hadn't contacted them in the timeframe we had each advised at drop-off - they don't record flight numbers, so can't check whether a customer's flight has been delayed although, in the case of the 7 of us trying to phone them, our flight from Gatwick had arrived on time, so make sure you have a note of their email with you, in addition to their phone number.
