We are due to drive from Valencia to Bilbao for the ferry to Portsmouth on Tuesday 3rd November.  Can anyone advise us if this will still be possible with the regional borders closing. We plan to simply drive straight through via the A23 and the AP68 and are returning to the UK to live.

This has been put on the N332 Facebook page.

For those who are planning to come to Spain in the next days or weeks, we show you in yellow the communities still OPEN. The borders to Spain are OPEN but movement between the autonomous communities in red is not Permitted. (Unless for justified reasons e.g work, education, care of elderly or minors, hospital/doctors appointments etc)

You are travelling back to your home and residence so it is allowed.

Hello we travelled on Saturday leaving at 5:10 am I would advise you to stay on the motorways. Usually we would stay halfway in a hotel but this time we drove through to Germany. The borders were all open, we drove through France then Switzerland. This could all change of course if the situation gets worse. Fingers crossed for you.
