I'm looking for the options there are in Gata Residencial for Gas and Water.

My gestor promised me she would arrange contracts but since December (we bought our house ) she wasn't able to arrange that. Any suggestions?

We have just received a gov. uk email regarding an update with regards to residencia/withdrawal agreement. I don't know if we are interpreting it correctly. Does this mean that our TIE's marked 'Residencia Temporal' need to be changed, or only when they expire? The update mentions something about improved border crossings with permanent residencia?

Interested to hear anyone else's take on this.

Also, if we need to update, what's the procedure?

Hi, New here. I used to live on Monte Pego. I'm doing some grunt work for my son who lives in Javea. He is thinking of buying a flat in Gata. So far none he has looked at has either garage or any parking. Does anyone know of any garages/garage space for sale/rent or is there a parking area where you can rent a space. Thanks, Anne
