Hi

Hi, good to meet everyone! ;-)
My home is in Xaló. I have had to move to the UK due to Brexit and dogs are not allowed where I live. I will be sharing my time between Spain and the UK and would love to find someone who would agree to take care of Calin when I am away, and find an arrangement that would suit you. He is adorable, calm and kind, the best friend on earth, and very good company!!
many thanks in advance!
cheers
Angela

I recently purchased an HTW Split Aircon unit from Leroy Merlin. One of the attractions was that it stated on the box WiFi included.
It's installed now and working, but I can find no information in the included manual on how to set up the WiFi control. Has anyone on te forum got one of these units and successfully activated the WiFi control function?
I have recently flown from Alicante to Luton Airport luckily after the fire so no problems with the flight and the airport shame about the car park (please don't buy an electric car the car manufacturers haven't got them right yet ???
My problem was with Ryanair and the not so great car hire deal they offered me ??
Firstly they never told me where to pick up my car hire or which company there was at least 5 in the car hire office outside the airport ?
So far so good I told them my name and reference number then my driving licence number
But then they asked me for my actual driving licence card oh no
All I had was a paper copy of my
English driving licence and a piece of paper showing that I had applied to exchange it for a Spanish one ? That was it over
I was told that I could not hire a car without a card licence ???
I thought the whole world new about this problem but no another UK muck up bloody Boris following that I picked up a cold and apart from meeting my lovely family and friends thus trip was a f nightmare excuse the f word but that's how I felt xx
Be warned

I intend to fit 4 solar panels to the roof of my villa. There are some really useful videos on YouTube detailing the process. I was expecting to either drill into solid concrete under the tiles or terracotta bricks, either of which I could use Fischer FIS VS 300T to secure the anchor bolts to the roof with, either directly if concrete or by using the associated inserts if terracotta brick.
Instead, on drilling the first hole, I found that there was only about 10cm of fibre board or something similar, then empty space. Has anyone done something like this and if so what method is advised to fix the anchor bolts to this type of roofing material?
Thanks
