Hi, could anyone let me know where there are second hand cars for sale, I've got my NIE, but read on one forum someone couldndt get a car because they didn't have a " PADRON ", anyone please explain to me the process, what's needed to purchase a second hand car, and how long from buying the car to be able to get the keys and drive it.

I have a dish to receive my English tv but would like to erect an aerial so that I can receive the free Spanish tv channels  I wonder if anyone knows whether I am in a good reception area, I am in Torre de Horadada   I also wish to be able to watch any football that is shown on free Spanish tv so would like to know if this is possible via these antenna   I believe that Canal + is a satellite channel that is not free.  Will I be able to receive the Cuatro channel on this aerial?  If anyone can help I would love to know

This is the estate version of the Peugeot Partner, back door lifts up.

Very big 3 bed two bath apartment in the centre of Pilar de la horadada. 

This town as all the amenities you would need. 5 well known supermarkets,  doctors, schools, banks, post office, cafés, and restaurants.   Also 5 minutes walk from apartment is a big sports centre boasting tennis, paddle, running track, football,  swimming pool, bowls, badminton, etc, etc.

A walking rambla to the blue flag beaches,  only 15 minutes walk.

Apartment is a well fitted,  seperate big kitchen with Siemens dishwasher,  washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave.  Etc, etc.

Lounge as a 48inch smart tv,  two leather sofas, good quality furniture.  A small balcony of tbe lounge big enough for a small tables and chair.

Of the kitchen is a square patio, with plenty of storage cupboards, a gas boiler for your hot water and a full size gas cookef, all installed to natural gas mains.

Inside the kitchen is a gas hob, again connected to gas mains and an electric oven.
