wootjo Posted by wootjo in Residency in Villamartin: padron, residencia and passport advice on Wed Aug 12, 2020 8:23pm

hello

I am getting conflicting information about how long we can stay legally in Spain without having to apply for residency.

we own our own apartment and would like to spend 6 months here and 6 months in the UK.

We have been told we can stay up to 181 days by some expats but have read on the forums that it is 90 days in any 181.

Which is correct?

many thanks
