when in Spain do as the spanish do, use their wiring system and for English appliances you bring with you use adaptores, you can buy them in any feretaria,( but not chinese shops )

To me 3 phase is 3 phases with 380 volts between each phase.
Between neutral and one phase there is 220 volts. 3 phase is normally used on 3 phase motors and in some cockers,
