Hi we have just bought are house in Cabo Roig and went though Valentines estate agents which where very good and by man and wife are English and sorted every thing out for us and we completed within 4 weeks, there names are Steve and Cathy.

Yes this is true pick an estate agent and let them do the work for you or you will be going round in circles looking at property you have already seen. They also get paid very well so let them earn their fee. Home Espana have the biggest choice

We used https://utland.fastighetsbyran.se/en/offices/torrevieja/christina-norwood/ she is fantastic and goes above and beyond, they have an agency in La Zenia.
