Spanish driving licence...
.... turned up today, 3 days short of 5 months!
When I was getting my Spanish Driving Licence I checked with DGT and found the delay was due to the length of time it was taking the DVLA to verify my U.K. licence details, after contacting the DVLA I found it was not a priority for them but after registering a complaint the details were quickly verified and soon after I received my new licence. I have nothing but praise for the DGT throughout the entire process.

Five months is good. It took a Finnish friend of mine nearly two years to get his license.
