Tree Permits

I have just purchased a property in the Campo Area of Albatera and have three (3) large pine tress that I wish to cut down.
One of the trees as lifted ten concrete and began to damage the foundation of the adjacent casita
I would be grateful if anyone could give me some advice on this issue as I have been told I need to obtain a permit from the local council
