Hi Wendy

I live in Cocentaina next door to Muro.

When I was looking for my house, I looked at Alcoy and Muro and didn't like Alcoy at all.  Muro is very quiet and is very small. There is a small market on Friday which is very cute.

Because I was 42 when I bought my house(now I'm 55), I wanted something going on as I like to go drinking on a Saturday night. Not many bars had what I was looking for.

If you just want a quiet life and want to call in bars for coffee etc then Muro might be for you.  It's very beautiful and lots of walking to be done.

The bus service is ok, it runs through Cocentaina to Alcoy for €1.50.

There's plenty of supermarkets to choose from too.

Really it depends on what you are looking for.

Remember ‼️ With the virus like it is, a lot of places have closed down which will make it a little quieter.

Good luck with your future and if you have any more questions, just ask me.

Sue 😘

Yes Wendy it has everything here.  The hospital is in Alcoy. 2 different vets, lots of dentists and banks and all in walking distance.
