El Campello is definitely on my short list. Will scan this area with extra vigilance.
It looks like certain areas are way more expensive than others. I don't mind being in cheaper areas - no snob, I hope - but a bit of Spanish authenticity would be great!
Good flats in Alicante City, I can now see, are way beyond what we can afford, so we'll have to go north or south.
Hope you and your husband can find something too.
