They have recommended us International Removals La Seda, to make a move to Costa Calida, since they belong to the main transport associations such as Fedem, Froet or Cetm.

Who is "THEY"? I'd try to get references before awarding anything to anyone. Are they really moving or do the act as internediates. In any case, never pay anything upfront. Once they have your belongings you are trapped. Check out British haulers for using a return trip.
