Hi has anyone on the forum recently submitted an online renewal request in Alicante? If the have, then have you had a confirmation email from immigration that they have it? Also how long did it take to get that email.

proof of presentation. And they answer in 1 - 2 months!

Hi thank you for your answer.
I presume that the proof of presentation is sent by email? If it is my question is how long does it usually take to get the proof of presentation email. I submitted our application a week ago but still haven't had an email of proof yet.

Hi thanks again for your answer. Yes I have that but my wife's had an error at the end. I know hers has gone through as it wouldn't let me put it on again and said an application had been verified.
