How safe is this area and the surrounding areas? I have noticed a lot of properties that are both for sale and for rent in these areas and I am curious as to how safe these neighbourhoods are in the Alicante City area.

Hi,
The other year, my husband and I looked at that area. We booked an Airbnb in the next town. It really helped us decide. It is strange because one side of the tramrail seems more unkept and the other side seemed cleaner and friendlier. We did feel safe but decided to buy just outside the area. So far, everyone is very friendly and there are great amenities and transport routes.
