Hi! Me and my husband Chris are in the process of buying an apartment there. We are coming over for the first 2 weeks of October to complete and would love to meet any locals for advice or just to meet up for a chat & drink. We are both still working at the moment but hoping to finish work in around 13 months & spend more time in Spain. Thanks ! 😎 Sharron

Hi Sharron. I've put a note in my diary, and if it looks as though we'll have time available, I'll get in touch just before you come out.

And congratulations for choosing Almoradi!

Gracias Jim. We are signing with the notary on the 2nd to complete the sale! Very excited. We have owned a rental in Lanzarote for 12 years but now looking ahead for ourselves for the future. We visited in May and loved it. Look forward to hearing from you. Many thanks 😎

Hi we bought in July but like yourselves are still working so not there all the time.  The next time we are over is for a long weekend in September.  I found Almoradi to be very friendly, both the Brits and The Spanish.  Whenever we went out there was always someone to talk to. Which part of the town have bought in?

Hi,

we have lived locally for 14  years and live 5 mins up the road in the next smaller village - Las Heredades.  If you fancy a meet and to be brought up to speed (if that's the term)-  on the local area, welcome to message us when you are here - always available for a coffee ( I also work nearby).

Paul

Hello and Welcome to España. This is a great place to stay and has many friendly people. There are many parks around and has many nice restaurants. If you need any information about the area, i would be pleased to help.

Hope I could Help.
