does anyone knows what is the name and where can I find official Spanish employment service near Almoradí?

Look out for "Oficina de Empleo". You'll need a lot of luck as Spain has the highest unemployment rate in the whole EU and low wages. The real money is made elsewhere. There are many companies in Spain with British interests (I worked for Lucas/Girling 10 years in Pamplona), Contact the British Chamber of Commerce in Madrid or Barcelona for possible open positions and better forget "jobbing where others make holidays".
