Hi All

An update for all who responded to the advert below ........ The CLUB is based in Pinar de Campoverde but sometimes we could arrange the meeting at different venues so that travel is easier for some and a change of scene is always refreshing!

Original post - I am thinking of starting a Companion Club for single men and ladies to get together to make new friends, enjoy a chat, coffee/drink and a snack, exchange stories by coming to a potentially weekly meet on a Saturday at 11.30 am.(time and day to be confirmed).

If this is of interest to you and so that I can assess what interest there is, please reply by mail on this site.

This is an excellent idea; I think there is certainly a need for such groups especially in these testing times. I look forward to receiving more details in due course. Currently, I spend around five months in Spain each year, in my apartment in central Torrevieja, and it would be very good to have a point of contact, friendship and mutual support when I am here.

I am interested but don’t live in Spain full time. But love to meet new friends as will be over alone a lot of the time. My apartment is near Carrefour. My thanks
