We had an ant problem and we’re advised to rub used wet teabags on an around the area where they were entering the house we did this and we never had a problem since

...hem - as that panics them into moving their nest which means even more nests - but to use liquids/gels to try and kill the nest(s).
We have read past posts on here and online, but nothing so far seems to be destroying the resilient little critters! In fact, they just seem to ignore whatever we've tried and just walk around it (grrr). We have used Nippon gel and one from Carrefour, plus ant traps, but still they keep coming!
If anyone has managed to permanently eradicate them, we would seriously like to know how you did it ?! ... and would welcome any tried and tested advise.

Mix toothpaste with washing up liquid and brush where you thingk ants are at
