Morning just a quick question for the cyclists. Are the cycle lanes out of use today 9 December 2022? Just because through all the car traffic this morning from Benidorm to Albir not one of you was using the cycle lanes, which I might point out were specifically made for you using millions of tax payers money so you can all have a lovely safe ride to your destination. To be fair I'm not a cyclist but your lanes did still look brand new and open for you to use. If one of you is "accidentally" clipped by a car and require medical treatment yous only have yourselves to blame and won't receive any sympathy from anyone.

Everyone has his own interpretation of "The road belongs to everyone".......So, the Highway Code says that bicycles may use speedways wherever they are not expressly prohibited, but under no circumstances pass motor vehicles.

I cycled to get to work and for leisure in the UK before I retired to Spain four years ago. Now, I just cycle for leisure. If there's a cycle path next to the road I'll use it because I have a rational dislike of death!

Although plenty of cyclists like me use these tracks, I've also noticed that the younger and fitter cyclists, mostly locals cycling in groups, distain them and cycle exclusively on the road, as if taking part in the Tour de France. I suppose to them it's a bit like suggesting to a serious golfer that he ought to try a round or two of crazy golf to sharpen his game!

The street is for any motor vehicle. The bicycle paths are for children and not experienced riders...

think it is time to get a bus pass and never have to worry about them again instead of the bicyclist in your "warning" suing you and the police arresting you..

You never know when that pent up rage will boil over....

The old wifey on a foldable bike this morning could've caused a very serious accident outside Suma with not enough space to leave her for a safe overtake, weaving slightly and slow
