Hi, can anyone tell me if it is compulsory to wear face mask/covering. I am exempt in the uk due to c.o.p.d  ... ,i am coming on holiday for 7 days ,and i would really appreciate  advice on this...tia

You have to wear them outside but not on the beach. At a Bar when you enter but not when you have food or drink. In the hotel it is the same. Not by the pool or in the gym or when eating. Whilst getting food and walking around the hotel you do.

I think a lot of people have been a bit unkind to the original poster. After shielding for so long why should she not have the right to a holiday like anyone else? Why is everyone piling in!

If she takes the precautions (that she was obviously aware of) the fresh air and change will be very beneficial to her mental and physical health.

Spain may have an ongoing issue (as the UK does) but Spain is not closed.

Regards to all,

Steve

I’ve had two elderly family members with other health conditions that have died after contracting the virus . A friend of mine lost a 43 year old cousin with no health issues.

Which country have you “travelled all over talking to lots and lots of people, without anybody getting the virus or knowing of anyone who has had it?” - is it Cloudcookooland? There’s a whole world out there with thousands dying from it - get real and accept that there is quite a potent virus out there....

You really are unpleasant. It’s appears that the crude and rude use of the English language is your normal. Your responses are peppered with abuse, contributing nothing to the forum and criticising anyone who may not share your somewhat distorted viewpoint. You’re clearly incapable of reasoned debate. As you say, adios. Hopefully we’ve heard the last of your diatribes

Diatribe,

IE: to define, to bring to mind the obfuscation of language by some people so as to exhaust ones capacity for communicating critical and clear thoughts.

As an aside,(& I quote!), "I’m curious to know if in England (sometimes), where one has reached the English language."
