GIVE THE MAN A BREAK!

All he wants to do is see his family and possibly get a vaccination from the country he was reared in.  Asking a question and looking for help on this forum has become HELL! Everyone seems to be in attack mode. The U.K. has too many vaccines ( fact) I think we could spare one for you. Good luck and enjoy seeing your family.

Well said Grannyrose

Using Martins logic then I should just jump on a plane, walk into a pharmacy and "get the jab". My old State has opened the vaccine to everyone who wants one. It would not cost a lot either, the flight is €200 return.

Or I could just wait my turn in Spain which will probably be in the summer here in this slow, socialist country .

Martin did not say that.  This entire topic has escalated beyond reason.

Its hard to really know what to say, the comments were insults which is completely out of order. I believe that you judged badly instantly after reading my post but after reading and finding my other posts/comments elsewhere on the forum helpful and agreeable you've relised that im actually a nice guy, would i be right in saying that?

People don't always agree, thats normal. Alot of people on here ask what i personally think are silly questions that they could google, or they say things that annoy me and maybe other people aswel. When i read posts like that personally i never reply because i dont feel the need to write insults because the poster understands their questions/comments better than i do.... Plus i don't want the agro, I've seen enough of that in my life and now just want peace.

Disagree with me/anyone by all means, it will be accepted and respected.

I accept your apology. Have an excellent day.

Wow ! Perhaps YOU'RE correct !  Wow ! Obviously you found English difficult at school.  Wow ! Perhaps it is better to be slightly "out of touch" rather  than be a spreader of false information as well as advocating the use of lies and deceit in order to gain something   Wow!

Can’t we have a debate without the personal attacks, if you disagree with someone that’s fine if your version of the facts are different that’s fine your entitled to your opinions but don’t insult people and that goes for everyone. My step daughter is dyslexic she struggled at school but that doesn’t make her stupid in fact she is the opposite. She is a nurse and nearly at the top of her profession so please refrain from personal insults.

If it helps you, you know you can legally drive here as long as you come through france and no one will question you.

Nope my mates have driven down through france absolutely no bother, english reg. car didnt even get stopped that was like 2 weeks ago. We are due to drive to italy on friday for a bereavement, called up to check paperwork and they said you'll be ok cos your in the car so can't catch it and we dont need a pcr test either as long as we isolate for 14days and sign to agree to that. Obviously driving is more expensive though

I'm quite surprised about driving ,I had thought about it as well but the fact that Spain has not opened up to 2nd home owners from UK has dissquaded me from trying ,I assume you would have to show some sort of document at either channel tunnel or port of dover before embarking, I realise it would  be difficult to man border between France and Spain
