Not really, why would show a document there its france. Am assuming that the border crossing cant be policed as easily but apparently the border crossing hasn't been an issue. In all honesty though personally if you don't have paperwork for living here then i wouldnt chance it. I posted elsewhere on here about a 40 people getting sent home on the same plane they arrived on, can't do that in a car
